About Redland Produce
We provide choice cuts of venison - a healthy meat that's low in fat, high in protein, and containing essential fatty acids as well as being high in vitamins B6 & 12.
We cull a mix of Fallow and Muntjac, but also limited quantities of Chinese Water Deer and Roe Deer. You can make a specific request when placing your order.

Why venison?
Wild venison is considered one of the most ethical meats available in the UK due to the animals' quality of life and the humane requirements for population management.
We have six species of deer in the UK, only two of which are considered native. They have no natural predators, so managing the populations correctly is essential to ensure biodiversity, herd health and to protect farm and woodland from the negative effects of overpopulation.
